In this talk, I shall focuse on the 2D incompressible invisid Boussinesq equations with fractional diffusion in bounded domain with the stress-free boundary condition for velocity vector field and Dirichlet boundary condition for temperature. Due to the vortex stretching and the lack of sufficient dissipation, the global regularity problem becomes difficult and we can not obtain the global bound by energy estimate directly. I shall present the local well-posedness with the exact life span for the Boussinesq equations and global existence and regularity results for some subcritical cases.
