The notice of thesis defense for 2019 undergraduate is as follows: 

1 The defense time for the 2019 undergraduate graduation thesis starts at 8: 00 a.m. on May 18. Please see Name list.xls  for the specific list. Please come to the relevant classrooms on time to participate in the defense and don't be late.

2 In order to facilitate the judges to score and write comments on the defense in time, the students must bring a complete set of defense papers to participate in the defense (please refer to  Specific Request FOR thesis.doc for the sequence and requirements of papers), otherwise, the entry of paper scores will be delayed.

3 The "Record Paper of Defense for Undergraduate Thesis of Shandong University (Weihai)" required to be bound in the graduation thesis can be obtained from the office of the School of Mathematics and Statistics (East 103, Tudong Huanlou). Please collect it in class units. The electronic version of the record paper can also be downloaded from the attachment.
